Integration of women/mothers

Women and mothers with a history of migration or flight are particularly confronted with hurdles in the labor market. These hurdles make it difficult for them to use their potential, knowledge and ideas and to achieve professional participation and self-determination. The goal must be to remove these obstacles and at the same time provide tailored support and empowerment services.

The LAT projects have developed expertise in accompanying and supporting women and offer advice and guidance.
