Competence assessment

The competence assessment is a good opportunity to show or discover one's own strengths and professional potential. Thus, it contributes to the professional orientation. After a competence assessment, you can better assess the areas in which you can and would like to work.

There are different methods for a competence assessment: an interview, competence or occupational cards, a test on the computer or a practical trial.
