Vocational testing

In some LAT projects you can try out your professional skills and abilities. The vocational testing takes place in workshops of the LAT projects or directly in a company. The employees in the workshops will guide you. The results are documented and explained.

Vocational testing helps you to decide which profession you would like to do in the future. You can submit the documentation as an attachment to job applications. This helps employers to evaluate your application.
