The main objective of the project relates to the acquisition of previously unused labor potential. The job manager acts as a link between employers and employees. He/she ascertains the regional demand for labor through close cooperation with cooperating companies.
The project is aimed at migrants and refugees without unemployment benefits I and II. Migrants who are either unemployed or about to end their employment are welcome to contact us for advice.
In addition, potential workers are identified through cooperation with network partners and outreach work. By means of a targeted competence assessment (comparison of requirements and skills), job-specific support planning is carried out, on the basis of which placement in work or training is targeted.
Successful placements are secured through long-term follow-up support (3-7 months).
