The job managers are a link between refugees and migrants and the labor market. The goal of the project is the placement in internships, work, qualification and training.
In order to achieve these project goals, we are in constant cooperation with a large number of local network partners (e.g. job center, employment agency, foreigners authority, CJD, IQ network, district office SOK, ThINKA and of course employers).
We advise the participants, look for suitable jobs and training positions, establish contacts and accompany them to job interviews as needed. As a rule, there is a 7-month follow-up support of the participants. At the same time, the job managers deal with the social framework conditions and are supposed to recognize and reduce placement obstacles. With its holistic approach, the project improves the quality of life of the people in the social area.
