Qualification of refugees and migrants as nursing assistants, caregivers and service workers according to §§ 43b, 45a, 53c SGB XI. Participation in the course and subsequent employment in these fields of work is also possible without a formal educational qualification. With a recognized school-leaving certificate, further training as a care worker or care specialist is possible.
The qualification course includes:
imparting theoretical and practical specialist knowledge
subject-related German lessons
a four-week internship in a care facility near your home
socio-pedagogical support/counseling during the course and for professional integration 3 months beyond the course duration
Completion with written and practical examination (certificate)
There is one course per year, which lasts approx. 8 months. Vacations are included in the period.
