qbH - Qualification support for carers in training
qbH is a Thuringia-wide project funded by the Free State of Thuringia. It was developed as part of the Thuringian Care Pact in order to reduce drop-outs and support the successful completion of weaker trainees in nursing training.
The aim of the project is to provide a support tool in nursing training that offers certain target groups additional help in the areas of specialised theory and practice, job-related language skills and/or individual life management.
Target group:
Retrainees in the generalist nursing training programme
Nursing assistant trainees
Trainees who are completing their nursing training alongside their job
Participants in external assistant examinations in Thuringia
Trainees with specialist practical support needs
Our offer:
Comprehensive case management programme
Support lessons in theory, practice and language by external lecturers
Support and counselling for personal problems
Support programme can be realised individually in terms of time, location and content (close to home and learning location)
Needs-orientated length of stay
Outreach work
Consideration of performance level and learning status
Individual support
Group formation possible with the same support needs
