In addition to support in the search for a job or preparation for an interview, we want to promote job-related language education, among other things, through workshop offerings partly in our workshops or a certified module with a duration of 320 hours.
The main objectives in the project are:
Improvement of job-related language skills in the industrial-technical field for refugees with good German colloquial language skills.
Determining aptitude and imparting knowledge in accompanying workshops on various topics.
Consciously increase the quota of women in the recruitment of participants through special offers for women only.
Organization and implementation of job speed dating days to bring employers together with job-seeking refugees.
Trial internships to determine suitability in the company
Taking up employment or training that is subject to social insurance contributions
